I guess it would depend upon a variety of factors such as how long since they've shaved, how often they do shave (daily is much better for your skin and easier to maintain) and even the quality of the razor blade and cream used. Waxing works the best but of course hurts. It does last a LOT longer though. There's even the option of laser treatment that will leave it SMOOTH and slick forever.
