Ive never seen her before, but its not Treasure or Honey/ And JS Fanatic is right, the white girl is BUTT UGLY and has some terrible teeth. She is usually always wearing sunglasses to (to hide her ugly looks I think)

I was getting gas on the 4th of July at the 76 station on Westminister and HB. 7/6 - Harbor @ 11:45am-12:30pm
Made one pass from the 5 to 405 and back. Only saw 1 WSW yellow top walking from BofA to Target where she got scooped up. Her body was similar to Mz. Bunny but add a few inches each direction (except in the chest). Otherwise didn't spot anyone else except for the same WSW by Big5 on my way back up.
After I hit Holt, I cruised the OC around 12:30. Nothing. Bad summer so far.
