Not surprised to see that about BDog and watch TER be next and

As for BDog, I found it through advertising on occraigsgoodgirls (occg I believe)..
CL has its watch dogs in the OC. On the LA side, Baldy and TER do

Why dont they just legalize providers and tax and license them.

Well, my first (and possibly last) foray into CL was not satisfactory to say the least! There was this add from a girl, Robyn in Tujunga, and she sounded nice enough on the phone, so I went for it.
It turns out it was none other than the infamous Starr, whom has been posted about and lambasted several times on this site.
It turns out that the session was $250, not the $200 listed in the ad, and that was for 1/2 hour, not the promised hour. The "session" included a half-hearted hand job (haven't had one since high school-junior year) followed by vigorous upselling, $100 more for a blow job, $200 more for sex, etc.
