The first thing you need to do is get better OpSec (someone else mentioned this). If you were using your own personal cell number, stop doing that. Ask yourself what they really got on you? Do they have your address where you live? Do they have any personal contacts of yours? Do they know where you work? Do they have any of your professional contacts? If the answer is no to all these questions, then they got nothing on you.

If they only have your cell number, there is really not much they can do except try to make you sufficiently paranoid to pay a 'fine'.
