One day, when traveling down 7th to meet another provider I had scheduled with online (I had not previously known about 7th or this neighborhood), I saw SLIME standing on the corner with 2 other women who seemed to just be hanging out and talking. Because I wasn't initially quite sure it was SLIM, I slowed down and did the double-take, to which she responded by gesturing me to stop, which I did. When she got into my vehicle, the first thing I observed was that she had quite a large belly, so I asked if she was pregnant (she wasn't). We then talked about having a session, but she wanted to take me to an incall in the neighborhood, to which I told her no thanks (at this point, I had seen the girl I was supposed to meet walking down the street and knew that there was no way).

As she sat there refusing to get out, this guy jumped into his car and pulled up in front of me (we were both now parked in the southbound side of 7th), jumped out of his car, and approaching me aggressively, yelled at me to pay her; with her sitting there (she's a large woman, 6' or over and big-boned), this guy approaching, in an obviously shady neighborhood, I cut off traffic and took off with her in my vehicle. I sped off for several blocks, her homie in pursuit, with the intent of going as far as I had to with her in tow, when she finally agreed to get out; I pulled over, she got out, and I took off, observing in the rearview that she got into the car with her bud / pimp / bodyguard.
Two other times I've read about a SLIM shakedown, so I'd avoid at all costs.
