Ca recently repealed the loitering law 7/6. I am interested to see if LE continues to stop guys for merely talking to SW's. Chances are LE will start giving out more traffic tickets. It is more important to observe the no right turn laws. It is also quite probable UC vice will step up enforcement. So there is a good chance will follow guys more often & conduct stings as well. Just remember the key is to drive a good distance on empty streets.
