All areas are dangerous nowadays. But to actually be careful, avoid downtown, west end and south end of Louisville. Don't go wandering out at night. You have a good chance of being hit by a car. There have been some recent hit and runs in downtown Louisville. There are a lot of homeless in downtown Louisville. Don't stop and talk to.
