Driving by I made a split second decision to visit this relatively new place in Waltham as a walk in. No one at the desk when I went in and it took a minute or so before Coco emerged from the back. She's attractive in an asian GND kind of way. Her English isn't very good but we could communicate well enough. After I was on the table she came in and lightly ran her hands along my body starting from my feet as she walked towards the front of the table. She asked me if I'd like medium or strong and I asked for strong. She then asked if I was a gentleman. I assured her I was (what was I going to say? "No I'm an asshole") and she smiled and said good. Massage was average. Most girls have a pattern they use like, right side-upper back-lower back. Left side-upper back-lower back etc. She didn't and just kind of jumped from place to place. Because of this she missed a few areas. For example she worked on my right arm and shoulder but not my left and massaged my left calf but not my right. A few interruptions. Several texts to her phone. She answered one phone call and left the room once to deal with a walk in. Tease was minimal and not very good and then flip. 123 south street--seems like a rotation of mediocre Chinese ladies probably from ny. YMMV. Can be a great massage but not always. Mostly a little older and not great looking. Every time I have been there there has been a new girl except for the unattractive owner.
Lisa at relax time-hadn't been there in years. Nothing has changed. Ok massage and flip.
Fragrance--another place that hasn't changed. At least it is clean and the massage is good. Decent flip. From time to time a new girl comes and YMMV then--but don't count on it going there.
Have read the few reviews posted about the Asian massage place in downtown Woburn and they all indicate strictly legit rub, but the other day I went to a restaurant right near it and happened to park right in front of the spa's door and the male client who had apparently just finished in there was behind the glass door waiting for me to leave so that he could exit the premises. Did not look or feel like someone leaving a legit massage. Does this place provide extras or not? PM if you have to.

Went to Amy's place 2 weeks ago and saw Zuzu. Paid for a full hour 1. 7 but only stayed for HH. To be honest this was my first time doing anything like this so I was quite nervous. Massage was pretty poor but I didn't go for that. I was able to get DATY, CBJ, and ended with a CFS. However I did blow my load during the CBJ and was able to talk her into a CFS at the end but they did try to charge extra to which I just said that I'd only do the HH but they can keep the extra. 3. After the CFS Zuzu took me for a shower but it was more of a quick wash. The place was nice and Amy was very accommodating. She communicates mainly through text which was better for me. She works just like Angela, tons of teasing and they both seem to almost enjoy prolonging it. She has been there over a year as she's a high quality employee. The third girl tends to rotate a lot.
If you aren't in the market for going past a HE, I think either of the Waltham or Brookline spot are very good. Only real problem is when they are busy with lots of interruptions.

I feel your pain. Framingham has been mostly dead since last winter's crack down. Some of those were my local go to places when in a pinch. I have managed to track down some of the ladies who scattered around the area. To Franklin and Allston, ads on CL, in particular. Long story short, constant annoying upsell and shorted more than acceptable amounts of time. Happened more than once so it's not a place I'd go back to.
