Since they host in another section. But members from that group live in West Harlem Group Assistance buildings. It is similar to NYCHA in that it is affordable housing based on their income. I remember one provider from that group saying her rent was $450 during small talk during session.

Just from my screening it seems the women from that group can lower their rates to below average like one of them does 60-80 ss specials all the time. But they also don't need that many new clients or have to respond. So they have more room to stay firm on menu options. Or you end up with increased odds of getting no response all together.
