Yesterday I saw on Facebook the people who live around Sijon Park in Bay View have complained to their alderman about drug use and car dates in the park. The alderman has requested additional police patrols. The dog walkers will be shining flashlights into cars parked in the upper lot. There are used condoms and needles all over. Would you want this activity around your house? So guys, be smart.
