If you've got the phone connected to the computer thru a USB cable. The computer needs to recognize your new phone. So you probably need to update your computer software, or just search for the usb software for your phone model. Also you can check on the website of the phone model that you have under downloads.

If you saw my post I put 3 or 4 vids on a couple of weeks ago and had no problem. I think sometimes these new phones have a mind of there own.
