Bottoms and Hilltop is home to major Heroin trade and gang activity. The west side is also heavily patrolled by the Sheriff's office in addition to CPD. See them on Sully all the time. These are things us folks who live here would know. MW being from out of town may not realize this. Following the rules is a good point though.
