About three years ago I went 100% Mediterranean way of life and it improved my performance, stamina and health tenfold. The diet is 85-90% plant based. Only 4-6 meals contain meat per week. Most meals are, veggies, greens, legumes, nuts, and rice, or whole grained items occasionally as well. Eliminated refined sugar (sugar is the leading cause of most health issues, functionality deterioration, and brain function issues). Stick with natural sweeteners like pure stevia (not the granular stevia, it's mostly Dextrose or Erythritol), honey and maple syrup. 100% organic foods. Practically eliminated dairy (use Olive Oil instead of butter), still eat real feta (from sheep\goat), parmesan and ricotta. Walk for an hour daily and an occasional bike ride or run. I feel better than I have felt in 20 years!! And performance in the sack has improved a ton. I had one provider, after catching my load, asked me, "Do you eat really healthy?" I was like, "Yes 85% plant based and very little dairy. Why do you ask?" and she was like, "Your cum is delicious. That only happens with people who eat really healthy.
