They can look at the security camera before allowing entrance. They always advertise open for business before they truly are 100% ready just to get some cash flowing, bills are due. I'm sure the TS will get ready, not all but many Korean stores is cash only will be surprised if they do get a CC machine. Once the cash is flowing then the personnel will appear (or at least get better) takes time. All this is no different than any startup business anybody starts no matter what's being sold, it takes time to iron out the kinks based on foot traffic and reviews. If they are successful they will attract talented employees. The attention must be well managed to protect their progress or they will suffer Knightdales demise, just sayin

Swung by last weekend. Construction still going. Walked out. Not well thought out location. Neighbors have big open windows to parking lot and to front door. Parents are going to be extra watchful. Would their neighbor make potential charges higher? Won't be going back.

Med.[/QUOTE]Most of my conversations with individuals looking for a spot to rent could care less about the location, neighbors etc. They want to know 1. What's the rent, 2. Is it near an apartment. Build it cheap and fast get that cash flowing, that's their business model and research. There's a world of difference in business culture in the US vs China. In China they just build and bam open for business, to get any spot in China you thank your lucky stars. Here you have nosey neighbors, churches or schools to contend with, maybe a history of massage stores having problems. Business location’s here are plentiful but more complicated. Experienced Chinese are aware of the business culture here but the newbies just pop open a store anywhere thinking it will survive. Ive had several Chinese friends ask me why is it so complicated to open a business in America. I tell them because to open a business you have to go through the PROCESS, FORMS and FEES which is a BUSINESS for the city and state. EVERYBODY wants their cut. Location? Shit they thats the last thing on their mind. NC teaches them some valuable business cultural facts.

Honestly I was sick of the hustle from middle age Asian women who only understand a half dozen words of English a long time ago. The risk to reward factor is severely tilted and not in our favor.

There will always be stores that come and go and some guys will score some UTR action with a girl or older lady.
