For a long time it was a solid unspectacular level 1 place. But I went about a year ago for the heck of it and got full service. I'd be interested in knowing what it's like these days. Some places like 75 Webster go from restrictive to open and then back to restrictive (the old 1177 central was like that too) so I'd be interested in knowing what this place is up to now.
