Seemed genuinely interested in doing a good job she just wasn't that good. I happened to be going to the area anyway so was convenient, and she responded immediately and was simple easy setup and got to see her just minutes after first communication. So there are some positives here. I won't be rushing back but I've had worse and would expect she will improve. YMMV.
