You could get fined for your plates being expired if that's the case. The point is to avoid that knock on the door from the guys from OBI. The best way is to park a distant away and walk to either places. Just out of the range of the cameras so they don't see you or make out which vehicle you came in. They're up high on the poles point both ways around the exits areas of both places according to my spotters. Mayor Doug Franklin and Director of Law Gregory Hicks are both up for re elections. Them closing down the final two spas will make help them in getting re elected. And you know the Warren Tribune will eat this up. That is the whole purpose here guys. Sorry.

The thing is Phlip is the goal of these guys is to close the two remaining spas. Already heard about high end apartments being planned for downtown which is a joke because there's nothing to do in that area. I know because I practically spent the summer in Warren. Boring as shit. Everything closes too early. The spas were what was keeping that city going but they're trying to change their image. It will work for their re election but not economically.

Low level elected types love putting out the idea of high end apartments / downtown revitalization as campaign hoo-ha. Thing is, it never seems to work out. No private developer will invest money into building in a rapidly dying area. There's no business to incite yuppies to move to Warren. And no one currently living in Mahoning / Trumbull would even consider moving there.

I'm passing on information from several reliable sources, one first hand. I didn't believe it myself, before the May Raid, until I had a couple of OBI's show up at my door with photos in hand. If you don't want to listen to my warning then expect a visit. Other than that park out of range and walk hard. It's only a massage.
