In my experiences Brooklyn and Queens have had higher success rates than Bronx. I did a post about it back in September. The discussion was on Paradise and La Oficina at the time. So bringing up a new spot got buried in favor of locations people already TOFTT for. I also had said there was more than 20 CDPs or at the very least spots like the e147th st location around the Bronx.
