Can I ask: your note says you never register the card, but the copy you pulled from Serve website says you need to complete online registration to use card. So then it does allow you to make a charge on the card without doing an online registration? Or it allows you to do an online registration with fictitious information?

There's no need to register. Again, the only reason to register is to reload it. Why bother when the card costs a few bucks.

This girl and I have been messaging. She sent me this photo as well as a whole slew of others. Smoking. I have reverse image searched all of them, no hits. However, she asked me to send $, which is a red flag. I did phone her, the connection was bad, but did briefly hear her voice. It did sound foreign (but she says she is from a state other than California).
