I like November Bar. It is a total dive, dirty and low-brow. I hate the uppity places that charge a lot simply for their name. I like the friendly places that are glad to have you. I have not been there in months so I cannot confirm the post below - that it might be closed. No idea, but I can confirm that place was f-ing hot. I dropped a friend off for an appointment and had about an hour a kill. Why not a dance? So I hit the place at 3 pm on a sunny afternoon. Probably not smart. I had every offer I needed after 2 dances. Then I got the call, my friend was done early (and it was a she) - just looking to kill some time, but now I smelled like a dancer. Oops! I got out of there so fast that I left my sunglasses - needless to say, they were not there the next day.

But, now that I am back in town for a bit, I hit my old haunt, CS, and sh&$t a brick when I saw the door off. At least I got a take-out offer on Thursday. Very cool but the risk of the club was part of the fun. Maybe they should put some of those 70's disco beads up in the door?

The lack of door at the CS vip is a moot point I have gotten Fs and other services on a weekly basis for a at least ... well forever since the door came off. There was about a two week period where the action died off substantially , but after that it was back to business as usual with a hint of subtlety that harkened back to several years ago before SH turned it into a private orgy bar.

TD east is a hopping spot for club action these days as well.

Stopped by TDs West yesterday and in the front lobby near the cashiers window, there is a sign that says something like "There are no set prices for dances. Find out how much the dancer charges BEFORE you get the dance."

I suppose if you forget to ask what she charges, she can charge what she wants. Sounds like trouble waiting to happen.

You are right the girls are allowed to set their own prices at TD's now, but I have to say that for the $7.00 dances where a lot better than the previous $5.00 dances. Definitely have a disccusion with your dancer, some girls think they are worth allot more than they really are. I wonder what they are going to say when you tell them their dances are only worth $2.00.I think there are going to be allot of arguments, its not a very good idea,and a recipe for disaster.

I had the impression that not all the dancers thought it was such a good idea either.

I swung by there yesterday and I was greeted by severl dancers there prices seem to be 5 for the most part some wanted 10 which was crazy especially since they werent the hottest ones in there but also I was told by some nice looking ones that VIP room was better than before.

I visited TD east for the first time (I'm from out of town) on a slow night, Tuesday, and I'm highly impressed with the quality of the dancers here compared to where I'm from, but I find it way too risky to try FS in the VIP room there, I don't know how you guys pull that off.

But anyway, I got a ton of dances from a girl called Jessie. No happy ending, but a great attitude and a lot of DFK. Was at TDs West. One of my regulars said that the management started the new price structure because the girls were complaining about not making any money. They convinced management that they were independent contractors so they should be able to charge what they want. The idiot management agreed. My regular said she now charges $10 for table dances, $15 for couch, and $25-30 for VIP "depending on the customer. " I asked her if she was making more money now and she said that she's making the same amount as always but with fewer dances.

Since most of us head out with a "set" amount of money to spend, we will wind up spending it quicker on less dances. I wonder if the clubs will note a drop in revenue from drink sales due to people spending less time in the club. Will they be smart enough to figure out the reason or will they also raise their prices thinking that is the solution?

So when demand slows, raise your prices.

When I heard about the new policy, I made a decision to pass on any dancer charging more than 5. It isn't like TDs West is loaded with hot talent. Typically there are 2 or 3 dancers there that I would actually like to get dances from and to the rest I say, "no thanks".

The thing I worried about was forgetting to ask and the dancer charging something outrageous because there was no price set beforehand. I would think there are also going to be a lot of "he said - she said" issues brought to the bouncers.

Maybe we should tell the girls at TD's west that we will give them $1.00 over the normal $5.00 for every 20 lbs. they lose, If they looked better your take home pay would be much higher. It should be a part of their job to keep in shape,thats when the money will start coming in. I think that most of us, except for a select few like looking at the back of a VW bug.

If the ladies at TD's west want to make more money I would suggest we offer them $1.00 over the regular $5.00 dance price for every 20 lbs. they lose. If you want to make more money present a better product. I know some guys are into the bigger girls, but I think most of us do not get turned on by the rear end of a VW bug. Ladies push away from the dinner table a little sooner and do a couple of sit ups your money will greatly increase.

I think the best looking women are at Curves but the only action will be take out and whether you'll be able to find it or not is in questions. A good time can still be had at the Candy Store but it could be that the dancers will only go with regulars they have seen before. It could be that isn't true, I really can't say. TDs West for me is kind of hit and miss as far as beauty. I haven't had much action in the VIP as well but it seems others on this board have. I like TDs East. There seem to be a lot of good looking dancers there and, from what I've read on this board, action to be had. I can't say I've experienced it firsthand though. I think take out can be found at any of the clubs but it may be hit and miss.

Khaki shorts and Flip flops are fine. The only dress code I've ever heard of is that certain hats aren't allowed at Curves.

Not sure if it is still enforced, but they had a "shirt with sleeves" (i.e. no tank tops) policy at TDs West a couple of years ago.

It was closed when I drove by Friday at 5 pm and Sunday at 5 pm. Not sure what's going on but it's unlikely they'd be closed on purpose on a Friday.

Not sure if I like this new policy at the two TDs clubs of no set dance prices. Negotiate with the dancer before you get your dances. Taking this to the next logical step, let's just say no set price for drinks—it's whatever the waitress wants to charge you. How about no set cover charge—it's whatever the door gal feels like charging. No, I don't think I like this new policy. There isn't a $5 table dance to be found in either club anymore (8 at TDs EAst is gone). And one poor customer didn't pre-negotiate his dance price so was stunned to hear the dancer demand $15 after one table dance. Her reason—"but I touched your crotch! " His reply, "But I didn't ask you to. " He lost the argument thanks to arbitration by management. This is going to result in lawyers drawing up pre-dance agreements.
