If your wife pays all your bills and tracks finances closely, you will have to get sneaky. If you control that stuff, it can be easier.
If you want more from your dates than an hour of incall, you will have more expenses to manage. Most can be done via cash or gift cards, but things like a decent hotel often need a credit card, even just for security / incidentals and a charge should not actually appear.
Know your situation and act accordingly.

I have found them to be just as interested in discretion as me, as they are often upper middle class girls who want extra cash to keep up with their sorority sisters. That type of girl definitely does not want people knowing she's a prostitute.
I found the older ones have a lot more pros / UTRs mixed in and are often more willing to engage in scams, blackmail and other funny business.

Florida and found a sugar baby, a sugar chubby, and a UTR "free style". I am fascinated with the idea of Seeking and may sign up now that I am in California again.
