People freak out about it, but it's nearly always some vengeful asshole trying to fuck with her business. As always, be cautious, but don't take everything that's posted on STG as gospel. As an aside, I could see a market for HIV positive men seeing an HIV positive woman (or man, depending on their orientation). It's not really the death sentence it used to be and everyone has needs. It's not completely far fetched.
