It can be difficult when you aren't in control of the pace of the session. You can ask them to slow down but MP providers aren't really incentivized to maximize your time, once you've finished that's less time they need to spend. Other than trying to get repeat business of course. Escort providers are more accommodating here. There's also some desensitizing options I've heard of, wipes etc.

The list is a few Pasadena spots that are Asian, not FS, younger providers with good skills and good attitude and pretty clean / comfortable location where you would actually want to go back too.
