I know just what you are talking about. I worked under contract in Natchez for 16 months and only found one provider on AFF, Gliria, the one I wrote about. The only northern MS towns that you ever hear about are very sporadic reports from Tupelo and old reports on the street scene in Greenville (though I wouldn't classify that as necessarilly "northern MS", its more in the western / central part of the state). I am assuming Greenville still has a street scene but you just can't expect them to be quality, the SWs there are likely all going to be lower quality crackheads. If you are in New Albany, you are probably best off just driving to Memphis every so often.
