Only look for those ads that give Las Vegas or an area in LV such as cross streets etc. Most of the fake ad will show a email address, mostly a gmail address under the "location" and not a phone number.
Then if legit they will have their phone number with the local area code in it (702 mostly).
I have had great success with LC for girls who are great for BBBJ's I am not usually interested in full service.

"I" have had better luck with them but I also frequent women with other area codes, often new ladies with out of town phones change their number to local if they plan on staying (& don't send a global notice but MAY post an ad saying they have a new #) or find they can't pay the bill and loose the number, I prefer a provider a bit more stable than living out of various motel rooms or where ever they can stay, which again, not all but many new comers end up going thru.
