"Consistent" is something we don't have anymore. I would suggest sitting out Cincy entirely. Or driving up to Columbus if you have the ability to, there are providers there who are attractive, reliable, coherent, and service oriented. Indianapolis also which is roughly the same distance from Cincy. Sorry to bear the bad news.

I suspect there are a variety of reasons: impotent but interested, sexually shy, just too much damn money!, etc. From what I have heard, they are never steady and usually disappear after a date or two. The variety of human behavior seems to be limitless. I imagine these are pretty lonely people and I cannot bring myself to resent them.

Escort services are 100% legal, where one person pays another person to accompany them to social events or just be a social companion. That's what the legal service is.

Some guys like the companionship as temporary as it may be. If those guys enjoy the companionship that they get with an escort outside of sex then good for them. You don't have to understand it or approve of it.
