Went to the Hanger club on Old Branch Ave last week. Do not go there. I went in for a drink around 6 and the place was barren. I literally had to ask if they were open; to which the
Bartender (at the time cleaning the mirrors) replied,"yea we've been open for hours, we just don't have dancers." Wow, don't even waste your time.
It used to be a pretty good place a long time ago. I was surprised to hear it was still open. I went there for a party back in 2008 and I think they got the dancers from a CL ad. According to two of the girls. I was looking at their website a few months back and it had not be updated since 2007.

I finally had a chance to check out the Ebony Inn last week. I went during the day, last Wednesday. I arrived around 2 and sat across the street in my car peeping the scene for about 30mins before going in. All the girls were black and about 9 were there. I watched to see the level of "talent" that went inside before going in. Most of the girls were between a 4-7/10. Decent, not crackheads but not dimes either.
Cover was 10. There were about 10 other customers there that day. I took a seat at a table and within 5mins I was engaged in a nice lapdance. She took her top off and allowed me to freely roam her body. No standard charge for the lapdances. Just tip as you go. I later learned that about $5 / song is the recommended minimum.
All of the girls I danced with felt comfortable with my hands roaming while theirs did the same. No VIP, but things do happen in the club. I saw one guy making a mess on a dancers thigh in the corner. LOL. Still not sure what all went down. But something obviously went down. She didn't even trip. She just grabbed some of tissues off the table, cleaned up and tried to come over my way. I began to observe others in the club and I couldn't make things out exactly. But I liked what I was seeing. If you go. Wear something comfortable. I was in my suit and tie so my flexiblity was limited.
I got a few numbers and hooked up with one dancer 2 days later at the Howard Johnson. Had a GREAT time with her, but after hotel expenses and her negotiated rate (not unreasonable). The total expense was higher than I'm used to. So I'll probably not repeat for that reason alone.
I'm definitely going back. And sitting in a corner next time.

There were 10 guys and 5 girls on the floor at anytime. These girls were all thin with nice little phat booties. The problem with cheap/$5 lapdance places is that for 40 bucks a guy can hold onto a girl for 30 minutes. There were 3 guys who held girls for at least 45 minutes each time. Damn. When is it going to be my turn, I asked myself. The club close at 3am. I finally had my turn and it was with this petite who truly enjoyed herself, she is a freak. She was into but out of it. She was the type that would do whatever for some cash. I will be going again this week to see her. I am going to make a move on her for sure. I will report.

I went back through Ebony Inn on Friday. During the day (right after work) and again late in the evening with my boy. There were actually more girls during the day and phatter booty ones than the night shift.

The only thing I'll complain about is the "funk" factor of some of these chiks. The VIP rooms will have you leaving like the king of the world. The best time to go is after a major convention or bike week, the money has dried up. Went to Puzzles last night after a brief hiatus from strip clubs. I have always enjoyed Puzzles because the management makes sure that the entertainment caters to the clientele, without being pushy. Generally, if the workers are sitting down, congregating, or not otherwise mingling, the manager will break up the gaggle of strippers and make them entertain the patrons. Moreover, the strippers always introduce themselves and, at most, will only ask for a dance. I have never been approached by a stripper in Puzzles for a gratuitous tip. For those that have been to the "Block," everything is on the menu at Puzzles, other than the alcohol. However, it is BYOB and you must have card to get in.
I judge strippers pretty harsh, because I won't tip, dance, or touch a stripper unless she looks good enough for me to be interested in her if she had her clothes on (that's face and body). That being said, of the approximately 12 women at Puzzles, all except 4 met my standards. Like I said, I've been on hiatus, but I've been to every strip club in PG, DC, Charles, and (for the most part) Baltimore, and I generally prefer the Block. However, if you like in Southern MD and like young black women, $5 lap dances, and a good ratio of strippers to patrons, you can't go wrong with Puzzles.
Pros: good selection, $5 lap dances per song, down to earth ladies, attentive management, and extras.
Cons: there is a video camera (and I don't know what is done w / the video) , and the place has had some heat due to new County regulations dealing with certain types of strip clubs.

Went to a roadside jack-shack style place that had rooms for private shows, and put down quite a bit of money on the hints and promises of the show getting "better" the more I paid. Decided to over look the neighborhood surroundings and go for it. Boy am I glad I did. I arrived around 1:30 pm Friday. Just a couple of girls and couple of customers- just the way I like it. Easier to get personal attention, rather than standing in line. This is PG County right- could not believe the amount of contact. Also lap dances where you pay as you go- haven't seen that since Red Fireplace Lounge in Waldorf. I think this girl cut me a break because she was really into things.
Anyway- as soon as I sat down, I was approach by a extremely friendly dancer. Lets just say "why change lanes when you are in the express lane". I think I was in the back corner "putting it in" within 10 minutes. Boy I love it when things fall together WITHOUT a plan, helps to balance out the bad days. Went to the VIP. Got the digits and verified digits BEFORE leaving. Won't mention names or too much detail. Just think of all the gas money I can save not driving to the dead BLOCK. The recession is over as of today!

I fully RTFF, but I hate going to a place acting and feeling like a nubie. So I am hoping to get some 411 from some of you seniors who frequent the Ebony. I am thinking about making an afternoon trip and getting some gormet items listed on the FS menu in VIP. I am very curious about the VIP area: is it private or do I have to share it with fellow mongers who are trying to "get it in"? Is it a seperate room? Is the time in the VIP set up by the dancer and you? The bartender? A VIP guy?
Any info would be helpful, looking to try it out later in the week.

Went there on Saturday night. Chula X4B is advertised as a nude club, and is only open Friday and Saturday nights; I usually enjoy this club because of their low dancer to patron ratio. This isn't good for the dancers, but there is money to be made, and the low customer turnout means they work a little harder (I. E. Get nude) , and I can make my rounds to everyone sparking my interest. I understand they are desperate for business there. But this "desperation" is what got the girls to go nude. I've gotten impromptu nude lapdances there, but it became evident that the girls get nude based on demand, or how much potential there is to make money. A lot of demand, no nudity. I walk in around 11:40 and there's like 15 or so women patrons along with about 15 guys! Where did all these women come from? Since when are women flocking to strip clubs to see female dancers? I mean you normally see a few stragglers here and there, or a few butches hiding in the corners and shadows. Having this many women in a strip club changes the dynamic of a club. Women dance differently for a lot of women in the room than they do for a mostly male audience. So nobody got nude, (though a couple of girls went topless). I'm sorry but I'm not "making in rain" on some chick dancing around fully clothed. It was a dissappointing night there, and I left for the first time, having only paid the $20 cover charge and not tipping anyone (sucks going home with $40 in singles). This club follows that pattern-go hard and push the boundaries, then they simmer down and get very "PC", then when people stop coming back and the place gets dead, they get raunchy again. Weird. I guess I'll have to wait it out a few more weeks for them to get "desperate" again.

Drove about an hour to go because its the closes place which is full nude and does lap dances. Got there at 1130 and it was dead as hell on a Saturday night. There were a good number of girls but they were bored as fuck and sitting around a lot, dj was constantly telling them to get out on the floor and dance. I may be use to a different style as well, being from tx, and it may have affected my opinion of the place. The girls can dance and look good but was never approached about getting a lap dance even though I tossed a few dollars at the ladies who were on the pole. Even made it a bit obvious I had cash to spend and even with sticking out like a sore thumb by being lighter skin then was in there. The made stage girls were getting nude form time to time but the side girls barely did anything but dance.
It was also my buddies first time to ever go to a strip club, he is new to the country, and even though I told a few of the girls he didn't know what to do or expect they didn't care at all. Again may just be a tx thing but if it had been in tx they would of been raping him, both his pocket and more.
Over all very disappointing and won't be making the long ass drive to go back.

Don't get the expensive private dances because you can get a $10 dance on a chair on the floor and your money will go a long, long way plus the girls can do more to freak you in the chairs. It is BYOB so you can bring your own drink provided it is in a milk jug and some plastic cups. I saw at least a dozen girls that I would take home to introduce to momma. I have been to a lot of strip clubs and was in heaven in this one. If I would have hit the Mega Millions last week then I would have went here to celebrate and make it rain!
I dropped this review on the Ultimate SC List, so without further ado.
Decided to visit The Ebony Inn twice before writing a review. Once during the weekday and once on the weekend in the night. Both visits / experiences were similar in many ways except that the dancers dancing during the daytime tend to sit / walk around more and do less pole / stage performances. Don't get me wrong, I know its a lap dance club but I love to see a nice pole performance as well. Also during the day shift waitress are available to get your refreshment from the bar as well as make change if you need it.
The club is easy to find and parking is towards the side and back. There is a liquor store attached to the club but entrance to the strip club is on the front side of the building. When you enter the first part of the club youll be in the bar area which also includes a pool table. Directly across from the bar is the entrance to the strip club.
Inside is spacious with plenty of seats, tables and two stages / dance floors. The larger stage is just a dance floor as it is not raised. The second is smaller, raised and in the VIP area but with out a pole.
The girls range from 3's to 8's, some are true dancers / stripper while others are posers / lappers. The environment is relaxed and the dancers are not pushy.
Lap dances are good, drinks are reasonable and the club is very spacious. I enjoy both visits to the Inn and will be going back very soon.
