I mean, if you are an owner and someone calls telling them that they think someone staying in their hotel is a drug dealer then what is the owner supposed to do? Are they asking the owner, a regular citizen, to confront a potential drug dealer (who may have a fire arm) and ask them to leave their property? Actually it won't be the owner but instead some poor property manager who is just trying to make a living. WHat if they are mistaken and kick someone out who wasn't a drug dealer. Then can the person who got kicked out sue the property for discrimination? It's not like these people are outside with a sign saying "hey buy drugs here". Isn't it the job of the police to investigate complaints? Ok, I want to keep an open mind so if I am missing something would love to have someone, kindly, point it out. Not sure asking normal people to directly deal with drug dealers is a good idea. Isn't that why we have police?

Bottom line is that when and if Richmond, Henrico, etc. pass ordinances, then we'll know what's what, but for now, it's just the GA saying go ahead and enact what you want. Given that the article quotes Reva Trammell, I'd imagine we'll see her propose an ordinance fairly quickly, and it will hold property owners responsible for eliminating the dark corners and accompanying trash, and hopefully eliminating "spots" likely to be used for various unsavory activities.

This will probably be interpreted so loosely as to include sites like this as well.
This can be interpreted broadly enough that not only CL / BP type sites, but *any* site that offers a means for potential traffickers to advertise or connect with "customers" - here (including the new ads side), the hosting services that cater to the escort webpages trade, "review" sites like TER, even cam sites / PornHub / etc. , the sugarbaby sites and the AFF-type sites - could be held liable, or balled up in court in such a costly defense that they fold. CL sees the writing on the wall and is getting out. A lot of other places will follow suit. And some will not, and one or more of them will be "made an example of," and then things will rapidly evaporate.
Offshore hosting and administration may provide some level of protection, but only some. Witness what happened to the guy that owns BP when he made the mistake of entering the US.
This is a dark day for our hobby. The only hope here is that someone with deep enough pockets sues to stop the law and gets an injunction while it winds its way through the courts. Perhaps the porn industry will see it as enough of a threat to spend some of its money in that way.

Unlike the previous laws that recognized you can't stop everyone, this new law says third parties are liable to be sued whether they know what the person is doing or not. I've read where lawyers are saying this means they could technically go after website hosts like godaddy or wix whoever. A trafficker puts up a website on godaddy and godaddy gets sued or charged. Talk about overreaching.

PS, what about this one, our least favorite uncle can't bust somebody who they think is guilty of something so they post a picture of an underage or a link to a picture of one in the comments with an anonymous user. This will allow a whole new level of manufacturing evidence.
I'm glad I don't live up there anymore. They did the same thing with extraterritorial jurisdiction. First it was aimed at sex tourist pedos going to countries with no laws against that, they made the actions committed abroad by American citizens in other countries a crime IN the USA. Now there is a fucking long ass list of crimes like that. This is going to start with sex and end up in sedition.
In our lifetime you will see people fleeing to other countries begging for political asylum and it won't matter who's in power. They are getting a taste of what it's like to have serfs and slaves again and they like it.

Unless you think the majority of these BP girls are going to get regular jobs at close to minimum wage. Let's see, lay around all day, eat junk food and takeout, get high between customers, give a handful of customers half assed service and make $500+/ day or work your ass off all day with maybe 1 break for less than $100, not able to get high b / c of drug testing. I wonder which choice these girls will make. Just like craigslist escort ads years ago was going to end online escorting, I sure this won't be more than a hiccup.

This is a good resource to look up friends who may have gone dark on us. Each county has some form of this Henrico includes mugshots. Maybe I'll save you a $ on a gotcha paper.

All, how often does uncle try and track us down if a massage parlor or something gets raided? If we did cash only do we need to worry?
Ended its 8 year run with the Sept 1 issue.

From late September, and in VAB, but close enough, and could have been.

Xin Huang. Arrested same old thing no license, and bawdy place. Now Stafford county is getting on the band wagon with local rule changes like Chesterfield did. It is very simple. Elections are 3 weeks away and the prosecutors office need good play on the news. Forget that murderers, robbers, child beater, rapist, and the big one drug dealers, all of whom hurt society, are running around free. They need fun arrest for TV news and as always sex sells. Especially for the female voters who think or know their men Frequent AMPs. It is a way for detective G and his bro's to get free massages and not get shot at trying to arrest previously mentioned felons who really hurt people. I guess today this is what our judicial system calls protecting and serving the public tax payer. Good work Henrico. So glad I moved 2 years ago.
It seems they spent the $ there. And told on the place. Anyone ever been there?
OK, this guy says he spent most of 60 K on massages. Let's say he spent 40 K and used the remaining 20 K on beer. At about $100 per massage (divided into 40 K) he got 400 massages! Was he there every day? For 40-60 K he could have bought a girl. LOL.

Guy steals 60 K but naw we want the juicy details on a $100 transaction. And the lady who said she noticed a lot of men coming and going, only men. Was Lady Sherlock doing a stake out? Of all the AMPs I've been too (and I've been to plenty) I hardly ever see a dude coming in or out.
