Thanks guys for your input regarding this bs situation. What really ticks me off is Lyft had already charged my debit card for $80 before I had a chance to respond initially.

The card is a Mastercard debit card issued by Peoples United Bank. Who would be best to contact?

My last email said I am sick of the run-around and if my card is not credited for $80 charge I will contact the Better Business Bureau, Connecticut Health Department for sheet in backseat, write several negative reviews, and stop using Lyft. Further, as a middle aged white man I believe there was racism exhibited by the black driver due to my perceived white privilege and being a white supremacist. I will contact the appropriate Connecticut and Federal agencies.

I would think would react to this email, but who knows.
