I heard that the vice will run stings in the downtown area on foot. Louisiana does not have a loitering for prostitution. But I have heard that even if speak with a UC, but do not incriminate yourself LE will come up with a bogus charge and bust you anyways. You can probably still beat this if you have a aggressive lawyer and request a trial.

Went for a stroll, stopped in 1 or 2 bars, came out of the 2nd one, and saw a single blonde walking toward me, she stared right at me, made eye contact, stopped to say hello, exchange names and basic chit chat, invited her for a drink, went and had a drink, during which she asked what I could do for her, just smiled and said we should head back to my room, we then walked together back to my hotel, holding hands and chatting the entire way. Had a very nice time.

Twice I had items removed from my pockets last night. I'm fairly certain both times it happened while a woman was touching my junk through my pants -- a nice way to distract a guy. After the first time I began to pay more attention to what was going on around me. What I saw indicated that almost every time two street walkers are walking together, it's a pickpocket set up -- and I saw two hookers walking together far more often than walking alone. One I trailed two hookers. One was hand in hand with a guy, and the second was following very close behind, apparently waiting for the moment when the guy was too distracted to notice the quick lift. And that's what happened the second time I lost stuff last night: two hookers were walking together. One came directly up to me and began to rub her body against mine, with frequent cock play through my pants. The second curled around behind me, and I realized she had her hand on the outside of my pocket. I removed it and walked away and then realized the ones and fives I had in that pocket were gone. And so were those two.

They are delicious eye candy. But most have only one thing in mind: separating you from your money, and doing so long before you get what you thought you were paying for.

My rule of thumb has been the more forward they are, the quicker I move along. In addition, when out walking, vs in a car, everything goes in the front pocket, and my hand stays in that pocket. Same rule in any crowded area, as it is a beacon for this type of thing. Stay safe.

When ever I am in the area I like to pass down Chef Hwy to kill a little time and see how things are going. It seem like it has been
dead for the past 2 years. I never seem much of anything I would want to mess with.

I saw this white woman about 40 walking by a tire repair place. She had on a sundress and was just walking in the parking lot talking on her phone.

SO I was in this part of dump. Boi does bourbon street smell of stank x piss x rotten shit. Owee bubba. I have seen cleaner looking x smelling streets south of border. In St Charles Parish, Laplace and St Rose -- I would suggest you hit the bars throughout the week and try your luck. Usually a lot of SW Hags hanging around the corner stores in those areas, but trust me everyone knows why "she" is in your vehicle. Thats why I suggest the bars, its a little less obvious and you can always plead ignorance of who "she" is if stop by LE.

Tulane Avenue and North Galvez Street:

Was bored Sunday so I hit up Tulane and Galvez to do some recon based on a previous report.

Saw two WSW on the corner of Tulane Avenue and North Galvez on the side streets around the apartment complex that sits there on the corner.

Both appeared to be late 20's, early 30's trying not to stick out like sore thumbs but any WSW in that neighborhood stands out quite easily.

If you hit the area up, check them out. They were both on cellphones walking and looking and trying to not look so obvious.

St. Claude Avenue:

Sometimes there's more, but these two BSW seems to always be out there now the auto store (like autozone something they like to bring monger behind the store to do the deed). These two often watch the clock tho and price range between $40 to $50. Some nights there are more out charging different prices. Kia is reallly good tho. If you are having hard time finding something out try she she's strip club. I've had a few of my itches scatched there.

Seen at least 4 WSW out there months backs. One lives right in that trailer park. Another with a truck, she parks at an abandoned gas station. Another that looks drunk all the time.
