Fellow mongers. I agree with Seven Iron, I noticed the same exact scene on two separate occasions during the last two weeks the only difference was that it was after midnight.
It seems pretty bizarre but she sure is hot and I hope she/they are not LE. Granted they look really young to be LE.

He crossed the street and she must have walked back to the motel. So I pull out onto Jd and drove past the Motel and I saw her in a open space between the Rainbow and another motel next door. This time she was talking to a third guy in a open space between the two motels. So I crossed over to the other side and parked accross the street and watched. She and this guy stood there and talked for about five minutes and the guy went to the motel to the left of the Rainbow and she walked to her room. She stood in front of her room, door open, and she appeared to be on her cell phone.
I was awfully tempted to drive over there but it definitely smelled fishy to me. First she was appeared to me to be way to fine to be working the street. Second, I see her talking to three seperate dudes in a span of about 30 minutes. At this point I decided to be safe and drive home.
I'm not 100 percent sure that it was a set up but I would like your opinions. Also if you happen upon this girl in the area you might be wise to have you antenna out and be very cautious.[/QUOTE]

I have been bouncing between VA and DC a bit and have been fortunate enough to find someone setting up GB partys in DC. I went to one and was a bit nervous but found once things got started I had a lot of fun. It even made me think about setting something up here in Richmond.
Seriously, Richmond loses out on a lot no AMP's (that I know of are in the city), LE has has made SW options limited to say the least and CL+BP offers something but again not consistently.
Anyway I have recently based myself in DC but have a place/house in Richmond on the
edge of jackson ward that could be used as a venue. I have talked to the guy who organized things in DC and he has tried before and things didn't work out at all (girl flaked and didn't show etc). So I would like find out 2 things
1)Who would be interested in participating? (would like to set-up at most 10 guys per girl)?
2)Who knows girls who would be interested? (she can set the limits but preferably someone who offers BBBJ, FS, multiple pop and genuinely enjoys the activity)
I would like to setup a trial run this week to sell the organizer of the DC events on the potential of Richmond events. I am shooting for Thursday 12pm-2pm. Gentlemen Thanks to those who have responded but unfortunately while we have at least one girl there definitely not enough participants. I know that some people have had problems with the day and proposed the weekend. That problem with planning ahead is that things are easier to sting. So if people could pm a day and time next week which would work them we can shot for that time. I will also be shooting a message to Muriel Sighs. Unfortunately I have yet to meet her One-on-one so the trust have not been built really also that could drives-up the overall cost per girl.
That said the problem is not the girls but number of guys who can participate. This unfortunately means while I will be setting this up for next week I will not be present for the event but have a reliable associate to run the show.
Makethescoop will be attending free should his girl be willing to participate. The same goes for anyone who puts in a referral which works out.
Again the girls will be "screened" before the event to make sure they are legit so the sooner they (the girls) are willing to do that the more likely they can be included in the session).
Got a PM with an idea about a meet and greet before setting up the GB sessions so that more people can work/plan it together and interested members don't have to feel they are being leeched for digits/girls without getting a quality trade.
I am going to do more research as to how to avoid LE plants and observations. If this works out the group as a whole could use its rose power to build its own rotation of reliable, clean, disease free, low roses pros who in turn would refer quality girls to the group.
That said it has already been mentioned by some that Richmond is a small community and meeting out in the open could make things complicated.
My thoughts are if the group is small, discrete and diverse then it could be possible to revive options long thought dead because they relied too strongly on a lot of traffic such as AMP's (might even be able to set up a members only AMP). The meet and greet could really put everything to rest once and for all as to whether it could work or not.

Interesting that they managed to add a prostitution charge to her drunk in public, and indecent exposure. They removed it, for obvious reasons, from the Gigs section .. it's marked "censored" in the services section.

I was out between midnight and 4am scouting as far south as WH and north to flower street. Nothing worth pausing for but our uncle was out in force, on both sides of the line. RPD had some unmarked units out; a midnight blue Impala plus a silver and grey SUV with really dark tint cruising JD from the Hull st south to Hardee's and the county LEOs were very active from the masonettes to the second sleven. Keep your head on a swivel

Around 11:00 saw a pile of them looking like something major going on in front of Executive couldn't pull in there if you wanted to for a room.

There is nothing illegal about trying to meet up with someone. As long as you are not talking "this specific for that amount". Speak very generally and main thing OF AGE! If she hints in anyway she is not of legal age. RUN! LE will spend any amount of time and resources to catch pedophiles and I don't disagree with them on that. Speaking in terms of being willing to help someone out and wanting to hang out, nothing specific being said should be fairly safe. LE will attempt to get you to say / agree to things that can get you tore off. If conversation keeps moving back to wanting to know "exactly what do you want and what are you willing to give for that". Later for that. Just my two cents.

If I get an email or text from a chick or I converse with her over a number of days and she initiates any of the conversations, I am pretty certain she's not LE. LE stings are planned out in advance, but I doubt seriously they are aimed at any particular johns or providers. I think they are probably happy with catching whoever they catch on the day or days they catch them.
Been trying things since I got back. It seems for one reason or another Pro's and SW's have missed the memo that things are not well economically any where in the WORLD. So which planet are they getting their pricing from now a days. It seems that DC could be influencing things as more Asian outcall options are becoming available all asking 2. 5 for FS. Plus the whole low volume pro trend is creeping in even with those that provide the worst service. Add on top mongers who don't hold pro's accountable because they are willing to pay x for a quick visit when they should have gotten an hour. Fortunately I have learnt to be more honest and if the pro insists on money up front I have a policy of showing them the door.
That said it took a few beatings to learn the lesson.
What can be done to turn things around when everyone is flying solo?
Anyway I will be shooting PM's to senior members (or those that PM'ed interest last time) about a meet and greet for a GB's that will happen next week. The meet-and-greet will happen either this weekend or early next week. Be prepared for a brief screening. The locations will be PM'ed as well but be aware it is a dump. It used to be a good option but a lot has changed since last I saw it.
