Back in the day when Butterfly Legend was popular, they had a sister agency that I just ended up with at times with zero screening. I don't know if it was just a common booker or maybe the agencies were related somehow. For those that travel frequently to known K girl agencies, it would be convenient to have some kind of shortcut screening in cities where you have no ties or history.
