Does any of you know who it was or was it one of you guys - that put the send up of Senina on cl yesterday? Incumbent Ald. Pat Levar (45th) has been under fire from opponents for not moving quickly enough to close the place.

To counter the criticism, Levar drafted the massage parlor ordinance approved at today's City Council meeting.

Among other things, it prohibits agreements or offers to remove clothing or touch "sexual or genital areas" and bars employees from blocking the entrance to prevent viewing from outside. Massage parlors would also be required to maintain records of all customers, including details of whether they paid by cash, credit or check.

"We want to stop the money laundering in this business and the trafficking of human bodies," Levar told his colleagues.

"It's about time somebody moved on this. Many of these massage parlors are nothing but a cover for houses of prostitution," said Ald. Bernard Stone (50th). [/quote]

Went to K&D yesterday. I had been there before so I had a basis of comparison as to the new ordinance.

Definitely things have changed! The door was left open a few inches the whole time. She also kept a towel on me most of the time. While I wasn't denied a HR, she absolutely would not take anything off which is also a change from before.

Just curious - did you try to negotiate for maybe $40 HJ and then go for $40 bottomless.

Not knocking what you did at all. I'm glad you had a good experience.
If it was me, I would have opted for a HJ for $40. Then 'when' she accepts, and she will accept, I will shoot for the top or bottom. At most places the girls will take clothes off or let your hands wander anyway, not for an extra amount. We have to negotiate. Its ALL negotiable. Plus, when you do get your price, make sure your hands can touch too. I don't want to pay more just to see some tits or ass. I want to be able to touch them. If anyone pays for topless/bottomless, it better be hands allowed. To be sure - ask them first.
