OTR = Over The Rhine, an area just north of downtown where most of the "action" is. It's also very dangerous.

It took me less than 5 minutes to search the Cincy forum on the OTR. Within 5 minutes I had street names and a map that someone posted of the area. I had no problems mongering in Cincy based on the info on this post. Use the search function of this website and you'll find what you need.
For somone who posts alot, you should know better than to blast the Cincy dudes. Just chill out and learn how to use the search function...and RTFF.

In spite of the criticism, I still find Over the Rhine a productive area to monger. Yes, one has to use common sense, and yes, if you do quite a bit of mongering, you get an occasional rip off, and yes, many of the SWs on the street are plain worn out and broken down. But... There are still fine SWs out there, and for me, the prowl is part of the thrill.

You have doubtless heard that TV cameras have apparently been mounted in four Cincy neighborhoods, including OTR. The cops are claiming that the cameras have reduced crime in those areas... (I wonder.) They claim camera resolution fine enough to "count the number of rocks of cocaine in a dealer's hand."
My question/request. Has anyone seen these cameras? Does anyone have a digital camera to take a picture and post it on this forum so we know what to look for? It would be a service to all of us to be able to spot the cameras mounted (presumably) on utility poles. Of course, if they are inside an overlooking building, that would be more difficult to detect.
I have asked this question before, but now that the cameras are apparently in place and functional, it should be of concern to mongers.

I have attached a picture of the street surveillance camera being used in DC. It seems to me that these should be fairly easy to spot. Maybe they would be easy to disable? Not that I would suggest such a thing.

I have found that the best wasy to get what all of us mongers want is thru the chat lines. Right now I have a sweet deal set up with some girls in the Fay Apts every Sat or Sun or whenever I get a three some for 60 bucks for both women. Yes that includes oral from both and tappin that a##. Listen guys I was reading around other boards and got a little upset. Some of you guys are messing the pricing up for everyone. Wouldn't you like to get FS for. 20 rather than. 50 no matter what the girl looked like. I mean Angel is a hot looker compared to most but she is no different than the others. When you guys accept the high price they expect that everyone should pay this same high price. And also think about it. We know that there going to go and smoke with the money but don't you think they will spend more time on the streets trying to make money that sitting up smoking if we paid them less. A. 20 smoke compared to a. 50 smoke is a big difference. I don't know about you guys but I hate having to drive around and waiting for girls to come out. Think that winter is coming and the more often they are out the less money we will have to spend on these ridiculous gas prices.
Remember Fellas the ladies really need us more than we need them. We can easily drive to another city or location. Even the AMPS are nice sometime. But the Girls are generally stuck in the same place which means that we have to set the prices.

Regarding the thread on price... I got excellent FS for 0.2 in Costa Rica, but would never expect it here. If you can get it, bravo, but IMHO, I don't think that 0.4 for FS is unreasonable in the states. Good luck finding it decently for THAT! And never anywhere but on the streets. My experience is 0.2 for BBJTCIM, 0.4 for FS for "discount" ladies. Below, I would worry even more about STDs or rip offs.

I see that you are a long time poster, and you probably know how to avoid problems for mongers and providers, but several aspects of your post cause me concern.
1) I do not think it is a good idea to spell out explicitly what and where an establishment is which may provide services to mongers. Like, we KNOW LE monitors these boards. PM would be a good avenue for explicit addresses of establishment if someone wants that info.
2) While DIRECT communication has its place, perhaps a little more subtility is in order when asking about what services may be offered and what you would like. It gives the person you are asking a little wiggle room to dance around the question until he is certain you are not LE. (You know, it is like when initially talking with an SW, you don't say, "How much for a good f**k?" If they are LE, you are busted, if they aren't, they may wonder about blatent entrapment. Don't you say when first talking with an SW, "Need a ride?" I might have asked about the quality of the massage, the girls who give them, etc.
3) If I were the guy who worked there, I would still smell entrapment, racks, ladders and long hair not with standing.
4) Finally, Amelia, Ohio is a small town, and one in which it is hard to keep below the radar. If there IS such action there, the providers would HAVE to be very subtle about telling folks about it.

That was excellent advice. I have just seen people do some really unique things that seem to defy common sense or Uncommon Sense. I just let them go and hope our pathes don't cross, especially at a bad time. I get Private mail from folks asking question that they don't need me to answer, especially if they take a little extra time to seach this site, and all the post. If they think of it like they from if they were investing money, which basically they are, they/people would investigate, search, and back check inform. Then they would have their own "Quik Ref." data base. This is why I have just stopped giving specific info, and I keep it extremely general. As for other areas, unless you know people in those areas, and they keep you informed on what is going on in the area, you could be in trouble, with more than just the police. Know your area will, and read the archived POST. And have a person in the area you can go to, to cover yourself, if followed by LE, or at least a detailed map to point out that you are lost. It makes a good accuse for being in a bad area, and not looking like you are trying to score.

BUT .... THEY/WE/THEM/US, WILL NEVER GET IT ! I have been preaching this since my first days on this board before the 2-3 upgrades. Back when you had to email Jackson the post, and it got post about a week later.
The problem is "QUALITY", and the lack of it. Folks will pay the higher price to get a decent SW. I have had to even go up a few more dollars at first then I work them down as I get with them, and I use a little respect, and charm, to get MY Price, to what I regularly will pay.
And if you are dealing out of town, are really stuck because you are not in town long enough to put in price controls unless you are willing to go way down in QUALITY. If you are dealing in an area like in the old day, then the girls will set a price , and they all stuck to it, unless it is a very slow day, or they need to quickly make a lot of money. If you will be in town from 1-3 week you can work some magic in price.
OTHERWISE, in Cincy, look to pay on the street 40-50 for decent quality, 30-40, for just decent, and less for everything else. Even the music now is telling the girls to charge 50-100 and up. It is even in some movies.
I STILL MUST AGREE THAT .... If everyone would commit to holding the price down, then we "ALL" really would benefit. It is the Parttime, Passive, Sucker type Monger that will screw things up everytime .... EVERYTIME !
IF THE SW WANT MORE MONEY, then be willing to kick her AZZ out, give her nothing, and pick up a lesser SW. After a couple of those, she will be willing to taKe Less.

It is just like shopping. Some items cost more than others because of design, experience and quality. There is no set or flat price. Sorry - but this advice is simply the voice of inexperience. Not trying to dis you, but that is how I see it. These girls have no price guide they go buy. If you can negoiate a cheap price with them, then go for it. Who doesn't? Each girl is different. I have got off on the cheap before and had a great time, and I have paid more sometimes, so the attitude and the service will be better. Fellas this isn't like buying gas in which case you have a limited group of suppliers that are all in the bed with eachother. As far as them coming in different types just remember this. When you go to a dollar store if you go to another dollar store 9 times out of 10 the exact same item or possibly with a little variation will be there and it will still cost 1 dollar.

As far as hamilton. Stay away. Its a waste of time and there are only 4 girls that are left that have not been arrested. Picked up this black chick that hangs with AJ. Light skin with long hair and a nice ass. Can't remember her name but I'm sure that if you have seen her then you know who I am talking about. The cameras are there guys but you really have to look around. If anyone has been up in the Walnut Hills area they may have seen it. It is on a side street Right off of Kemper. It is the 1st street on the right and its a 1 way coming toward Kemper. The Cam sits on top of the back corner of the building and looks toward Kemper and up and down the 1 way. Saw some guy in a van pick up a chick and she was in plain view of the camera on Kemper. Poor bastard didn't know it was there. If you are coming down the 1 way there are signs posted(obviously discretly) of the camera being upon you. Stay safe fellas and don't always look for the cameras to be on the main street just to catch you. If you don't know the area it would be Kemper Avenue which is 1 block down from the corner of MCMillian and Gilbert which is Peoples Corner. Keep going down Mcmillian and Turn right when you get to Kemper and the street is on your Right.
Also Giani, I have seen Sauna and damn she looks bad. Sores on her face and The up and down attitude to follow. Saw her when I stopped by Shell and the corner store. She was very upset because she left her purse in a dates car and he drove of with her purse and all her money.
And what are they going to do to you after you are seen on a camera? I realize Bush is President and there are those who want to strip away our rights - but we still have them. In the public domain your picture can be taken. However a person getting into your car is not a crime. You have to be caught in the act for lewd behavior. Or bust you for solicitation. This takes actual contact with LE.

Maybe it was you that got pulled over shortly after a girl was picked up. For people that frequent the area, being pulled over by the police in this area is routine. Even stopping to have a conversation with a girl late in the evening can be seen as soliciting. But wait Maybe you prefer to be caught on camera doing the deed. Maybe you are a voyeur. Remember the episode of Cheaters or maybe Maury in which the unsuspecting guy is caught picking up a girl. Didn't like the look on his face and I sure as hell wouldn't want it to be mine. That is why info like this is important. It's not so much about being a liberal but the though of someone catching you has to be a no no in most peoples books.
Lets not forget about the commen sense aspect. If police do see your vehicle and license plate number and don't pull you over the 1st time, what about the next time you drive by them and they remember seeing you on camera. How many guys drive around and see cops just waiting to see if you circle around a couple of times looking for women. Common sense tells you that if they can sit in their cars and wait to follow you they sure as hell can do it from a video camera.

OKAY FOLKS GET SMART .... LITERALLY !!!! Once the weather turns cold like it has started, the SW are NOT out like in the warm weather, but this you know. What you will need to do is gather more valid numbers, even if they never have time on them or are hardly ever on. It is a start, but keep your number private, and use a fake name for her use.
Learn to meet at around about time, on specific days. Find locations/places off the Main strip they like to hang at. It will keep you from circling one area, and have her introduces you to a few of her friends you can get with also. If they are out you can have them direct you to her, or just get with them. Take calling them from a decent real phone booth. Saves time on your phone, and gives them a place to walk to and met at. Keep a few cold beers/pops in the car, to give them, just a good thing to do. Keep a Sharpie type pen, so you can write on anything, especially in quick, tight times.
Keeping your car a little over heated, will help keep a SW in your car longer on a cold day, if you can stand the heat. Each of these SW's will have a warming place, once it really gets cold, so ask them where it is, they will give you a round about spot, because the can't alway be specific.
Never leave your money in sight, or in an open shirt pocket viewable, because a good hug can relieve you of it with a fast hand. NEVER, perform in your car, no matter how cold it is. FIND a warm spot, or ask her for a spot. She will normally have one.
Keep the PRICE LOW (20-25), because they will be glad to get out of the COLD. Try not to pull directly over. Let them walk up to you by parking 3-4 cars away, "TAKE YOUR DAMN FOOT OFF THE BRAKE", put it in park and quickly cut your lights. Never let her get in leaving the door open because the inside and door lights will be on. NEVER EVER TALK THROUGH THE WINDOW, ABOUT ANYTHING, HAVE THEM GET IN THE CAR THEN TAKE CARE !!!
