I usually hit Archibalds when I'm in town. No extras, the liquor tastes watered down and its expensive. Food is actually decent for a tittay bar and some of the gals are stacked in a good way. All in all its Just decent, but nothing super special. No lap or couches, no cover chg. Blue laws are funny about boobs and beers!
If I wanted to go to one of the MD strip clubs during a weeknight, which one would the board recommend? In other words, which one is usually not dead. Irving's?

Alot of them are working at other spots nowadays like fuego, mile high and extasy. I've been hearing good things about macombos lately. That's the new hot spot.
Now I've seen everything. The other day I was driving around and came across a box truck that had "Stadium Club" painted on it. Get this: the entire side of the truck was an electronic display flashing ads for the club. Maybe I don't get around enough, but never before have I seen a truck like this. I suppose it explains in part why their prices are so high.
I don't hit the clubs in DC too much because I like having a beer or two.

I've been off this site for a while, spending time on ISG as I have moved back to Oz. I've been keeping tabs on the AMP and Club scene, looks like some things have changed, not all for the best. Most of the reports from the old sites don't sound like they are as much fun any more, and Leo seems to be as active as ever.
However, I have a favour to ask of my mongering friends in DC.
Has anyone met Nikki at Archibalds? Is she the same asian girl that worked at Camelot a few years back? We goy along well, but have lost touch, so I would be grateful if anyone can give me an update.

They have pornstars feature dance in there from time to time on saturdays and it's a nice spot. If you got some $$$$$ to blow you can have fun there. As far as quality, them and fuego's have the best quality in this area.

Does anyone know the story behind the Archibald's bartenders refusing to serve a courtesy glass of tap water when you order a $10 alcoholic drink? Will the next fee be for a paper napkin request or walking in the entrance carrying a brief case?
