I know the casinos generally have procedures in place to prevent people without room keys from getting to the hotel floors. I'm sure this is to keep bored casino visitors from just wandering around as well as to thwart the p4 p trade inside their establishment. This will make only the 66th post here, so not too hard to find info. Foxwoods is easy to get where you need to. Mohegan is different. The non-#1 group of providers will hand you a card in the lobby area (where the piano is) so you can get to the right floor and room. The #1 provider group does not do that, so you need to tailgate into the elevator and go to the right floor. In my case, I was told to say I'm going to the spa (card not required), then just follow someone else and select the right floor. The security guy followed me to the spa. I had to wait until he left, then I got back on the elevator and went to the proper floor, but someone with a card had to select the floor. It's an inconvenient hassle.
Make sure you read the reviews to see if it's worth it. There's a difference between FS and some other listed menu items that you may be interested in but must purchase the more expensive GFE plan to enjoy those pleasures.
