Risks of Anal Rimming (AR, Analingus)
Whats your take on male-to-female or female-to-male (anal/oral) rimming? Alot of the AMP providers are into giving and receiving. And I'm talking with no cellophane barrier.

There is very little if any blood-to-blood contact with anal rimming, so the transfer rate is very low. I am not sure I would want someone with full blown HIV anywhere near my ass. Nor do I like "digital penetration" of my anus. But classic "Asian" or "Tossing the Salad" is gentle enough that there is less risk than through other means.
The caveat is that the two areas of the body with the highest propensity for bleeding are the mouth and anus -- so it would be possible for blood to be exchanged. But it is highly unlikely.
This comment completely ignores those pathogens that do not require blood-to-blood transmission, such as Hepatitis and Giardia, among others. While the latter can be debilitating and extremely unpleasant, Hepatitis is potentially fatal. Both can be spread by ingesting even a small amount of fecal matter. For instance, it just takes one cyst to cause Giardiasis.
"Careful" washing of the anal area prior to oral contact, while mandated between "healthy" individuals, may not be sufficient if the partner is actually infected.
Use of vinyl or latex gloves and dental dams, in addition to careful washing, is highly recommended for those insisting on engaging in this risky behavior, especially with sex workers.

Information on Giardiasis (Giardia lamblia)
Insofar as there has been no previous mention of Giardia on this thread, I thought the following information from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) might be relevant to those engaging in AR, or analingus. It would also be useful to people traveling to foreign countries.
Giardiasis (GEE-are-DYE-uh-sis) is a diarrheal illness caused by a one-celled, microscopic parasite, Giardia intestinalis (also known as Giardia lamblia). Once an animal or person has been infected with Giardia intestinalis, the parasite lives in the intestine and is passed in the stool. Because the parasite is protected by an outer shell, it can survive outside the body and in the environment for long periods of time.
During the past 2 decades, Giardia infection has become recognized as one of the most common causes of waterborne disease (found in both drinking and recreational water) in humans in the United States. Giardia are found worldwide and within every region of the United States.
Technic We discovered by accident
Well, I have sworn off mongering, but still monitor the board and look at the pictures. I thought I would share this with you guys. The wife, in her newfound sexual mode is into oral, both ways.
We were messing around one morning and just by chance I held her legs together and started licking just what I could reach through the vulva opening at the top of her slit. She loved it. I mean, she made me do it for like half an hour or longer. Asking her why she explained that part of it was me holding her legs together and part that I could only really get the tip of her clit. Later a put a dildo in her first and did it again and she loved it even more. I plan on tying her legs together and doing it next time we are together.
Just thought I would share the technique.
A quick way to kill some of those nasty germs in your mouth
I have been using this stuff for a long time and a dentist friend turned me on to it.
The expensive brand is called Gly-Oxide and the cheaper version at CVS is just called antiseptic oral cleanser. Many dentist advice this product after oral surgery but why wait. I have a large size at home and carry a small bottle with me all the time. No kiss and tell here but I also don't want to spread anything unannounced
