You were wise in one respect -- not bargaining over prices and services. I think it's smarter simply to give her the money and take the risk of getting ripped off, rather than to bargain with her over specific sex acts and increase the risk of getting trapped in ones own words and arrested.
I have seen the same advice given the providers -- don't talk about it, just do it. Of course, there's no absolute way to prevent getting ripped off or arrested, but on balance, I'd rather pay a provider for nothing than pay a bailbondsman for a release.
