The thing I have heard is you must verify identity / employment w / the agency, I can't do that, I have a SO. I need my op sec.

You just have to avoid the bookers who ask for it and build network with other bookers who do not. The demands can vary depending on how busy the booker is. If a girl is super popular, it will be more difficult to get through screening than if she's not. It can be annoying to build network since that means you have to see girls who are not your preference purely for network purposes, but there's no way around it.
