So look at how many time those two ads are near each other. It use to be way more consistent but you get the point. You can see this with the Chinese connection ads too (aka Jonathan).

Take all of this with a grain of salt because I'm just gluing all of this together with just years of observation. But next time ask any Indy / provider: did you write your ad? I've asked a few times and the answer was always no.

The other part of your theory then would still hold true how the ads seems similar with the language used and format. I believe in the past a person got busted for this and it wasn't just for one ad. They were doing ads for multiple places. The charge was something like promotion of prostitution.
