Fine Touch has been on a decline for a long time. Also, it's stupid and naïve to say that Fine Touch is better than both of them combined as any KAMP can shine on any given day. They change as often as the weather. You can find a gem one day and total shit the next. Best strategy is to hit all of them in the vicinity and make a choice that works for you.
