For occasions that I know I will be seeing girls across 2 or 3 days, I only take one dose. I time it so that the first encounter and last encounter are no longer than 72 (but usually within 48 hrs to be safe) hours from each other. If it's less, I'm golden. If its more I know I will need to take another dose. I asked the doctor this too. The recommendation is meant to proactively safeguard and prime your immune system to deal with potential bacteria. You could bang 10 girls in a day and you would still need to just take one dose. It's not a 1 to 1 treatment. In that, every encounter means one dose. Unnecessarily so I might add. I'm not here to put anyone down but we need to be aware of what's available to us. The reality of the situation is that if you don't protect yourself, who will? Are you willing to trust / believe / have faith in other mongers or the girls themselves to take those precautions for you? One wise monger once told me that the first few monger dollars you spend should be on yourself. I take that to heart.

As for bringing it up to your doctor, I was just upfront about it. I use a separate doctor that is not tied in anyway to my family's doctor. Patient-doctor confidentially laws exist to protect your health information from being disclosed without your consent except under very specific circumstances. So unless you planning on going on a killing spree, engaging in underage activities, or the like the risk is infinitely small. And if you have your wits about you, SO should not have a clue either so consequences of divorce discovery shouldn't be an issue. I'm not sure even if the last point can breach that confidentiality. Alternatively, if you don't have a SO or you'll willing to pretend that you don't have one, the new doctor should be amenable to you by just telling them that you like to engage in random hookups everyone now and then and that you want to take proactive steps to maintain that type of lifestyle. Thanks for keeping it real. LA is seeing price hikes of 10-30 and SD has the cheapest rates by a bigger margin than before. It helps that there is price competition from AMPs and Thai orgs. SD is AMP paradise.

Having compared LA girls when they visit OC and talking with LA friends, there are some great girls but that's out of about 80 girls in LA and 60 girls in OC. It's a smaller percent of LA and OC than SD. Our advantage is clear, but it disappears if you remove Allie since she is skewing everything. Hope that makes sense.

I asked my friends about a ton of LA and OC girls and graded the OC girls. There are wild swings in quality. For example by the HYA metric, OC had 4 HYA a month ago, now it has 12. It's because of the wildfires in LA as well as two new orgs promoting HYA in OC. All last year, OC averaged 4-5 HYA at a time while SD averaged 2. OC needs 9-10 to match SD's "ratio of HYA'. But if you subtract Allie, they only need 4-5. You see what I'm saying, the entire difference is just one girl making SD her base.

I will say the HYA ratio for SD and OC has increased over the years. Almost makes you want to hop a fence for these girls, but as you know that's no longer necessary. LA's has actually dropped but I don't want to write an essay about it.

The reason I don't normally say a girl is "really good" or not is I am too easy. I love women too much. I found many times I liked a girl and my friend didn't, never once the other way around. So if I stick to physical descriptions and the basic obvious stuff like "good at bbbj" or "loves daty" it's hard to go wrong. Things like HYA are also obvious to anyone with two eyes. Service is so subjective but sometimes a girl is really high or low service so people tend to agree.
