I used to go there when it was an AMP. I told the receptionist that I saw their ad on backpage and it seems that the spa has changed management. (Neither of which was strictly true.).

Also with influx of all the new MT's, some of the less popular MT's were only getting 1-2 clients on the days they were scheduled, but if they did not bring in clients on their own they got in trouble for not "bringing in business" for HS, and would get fewer days scheduled per week. Sort of a Catch-22 as they would soon not be able to make enough money to make it worthwhile to stay.

So the house fees do go to the house, and whatever they can negotiate as a tip goes to the MTs, but I did not happen to ask if they also got paid hourly, or if it was 100% tips, but I will try to find out that info next time.

I think I know the MT. There's only one receptionist who's an asshole to the girls and you guys know who I'm talking about. The good girls tend to not work at the same time she does. Girls keep 100% of the tips, no hourly. I've heard of the house giving a cover to some of the better girls, not sure if this is still in practice.
