There's a lot of foot traffic around that area as well as the fact that a lot of people park at the Wal-Mart across the street. I've heard that they are trying to crack down on that though. Anyways, they may have very well been busy as VIP has been known to have a lot of out of town patrons arrive by cab also. They may also have been extra cautious as I have heard that another AMP, Hula Girl, was busted and a couple of people were arrested. The person that posted that information indicated that the undercover agents were very "monger-looking," whatever that means. I suppose they have to be extra vigilant now. I have also posted that the Ward area AMPs looked like they were raided a few weeks back (looked like RM was the one that time). It is well known that the AMPs talk to each other about those things. Hell, I was recently turned back at Nirvana before and ended up at P10. Different MS at Nirvana compared to when I used to go. Where's the love? LOL. From the VIP area, there are at least 5 other alternatives within a 5 minute walk. Did you just go home my friend?

Just mauka of the intersection of Keeaumoku and Makaloa on the diamond head side look for the PANDA Chinese Restaurant, Ichiban is in the same building. Ichiban has two entrances, one is from the undgerground parking lot. You can also go up the stairs fronting the building and go in the glass doors on the far right (makai) side of PANDA. Go down the hallway to your right, and the entrance is on your right side just after you turn the corner in a little alcove.

Just wondering, in that message did you actually mean that you weren't admitted into Perfect 10, rather than not being admitted into VIP? (The directions that I recently provided were to Perfect 10, not VIP, and you previously posted that you had already been allowed into VIP on Tuesday.)

Well,
P10 is a different story. From the forums, it is fairly easy to get turned down at P10. I got in and honestly, it was OK, but not mind-blowing. They have a decent selection (glimpse only while going to shower) but if you ask me, Nirvana, PT and Sakura are/were just as good. Ichiban competes with the Kelly and Hana (aka Miky) team. No big deal if they don't let you in. There are lots of posts regarding all of the places I have mentioned. Have a good time.

BTW, if you are LE, I just gave you 3 other places to try and bust. LOL. If you read the forum, you'll realize that everything here is like Burger King, all Whoppers. All you do is go in and kick back with a nonalcoholic beverage and talk story with an attractive lady. Regular customers might have the lady hold a towel for them outside the shower while you wash away the dirt from the day of work. When you get outside, they'll help dry your feet. Very helpful. YMMV of course.
