Then every excuse possible comes up delaying 15-20 minutes each time. Then I start searching fir a plan B and see she's posted an ad when she was to come over. WTF!

If #1 doesn't show up hopefully #2 will. I read something where the writer suggested making appointments with 4 providers. Give them an address across the street so you can see what they look like if they show up. Likely easier said than done. Sorry to hear what happened.

I've had similar problems with providers, including Jess. And it is a shame that you did not get to meet her, as she is a hell of a ride.
I'm to the point that I have Plans B and C setup even when doing incalls or scoops.
