So a couple of things are happening. She has more demand than supply and is being super selective.

She is working out of a condo and doesn't want any issues with neighbors. She's also a decent provider who doesn't book appointments one right after the other. That probably limits her availability. I've seen her a couple of times. She's great all-around, but pricey.
