Yeah, that's something that's not covered in the porn videos about a girl fucking the landlord for free rent.

If someone can watch the traffic in and out of the place, well yes, that is not a good option for anything.

About a week ago it was all over the news, about a handler getting 40 years for trafficking a minor. I don't have the article, it was on the local news5 , the johns are also being charged.

You offered a room for rent on a public space, someone took you up on it, money for rent was exchanged, and that was it. There are downsides too. AirBnb will report your earnings to the IRS, and it will need to be claimed for tax purposes. Also, anyone who wants to use AirBnB to book it will need to create an account and use a credit card or debit card. Non-traceable VISA gift cards are rejected, as AirBnB uses KYT protocols-- Know Your Customer.

You can book it privately for mongers out of the AirBnB platform on days it's open, for cash under the table. But again, if something goes wrong during that session, you're back to square one and had better have a good explanation.
