I assume that some of these hotties walking around the campus need tuition money. Any tips for where they may dance at, offer massages, etc?

A young girl (20 yr old I think). Checked in with Uncle Boone with a prostitution charge. I've never seen her in an ad anywhere.
Reverse sting?
I can't imagine SWs in Boone County.
Strange.

" Once things get fully back to normal I expect stuff to improve. I travel a lot, and there's not a single area in the US I've seen that hasn't had a turn for the worse during covid lockdown. I think it will get better.
One thing I've always worried about is when riding with a provider in my car is what happens if you get pulled over and she dumps contraband in your car. I've alway been told that anyone and everyone in the vehicle will be charged with and be convicted of possession. Today I learned that is not true. They have to prove that it was yours. Obviously this is easier to beat if she is in your car when the contraband is discovered versus she inadvertently loses it (not looses) and it is discovered at a later date. This doesn't mean that the officer won't charge you, it means that if it doesn't have your prints or DNA on it and you have a valid explanation as to where it possibly came from the prosecutor will likely recommend not to send it to trial because they have to provide the burden of proof that it was indeed yours. I also learned that ANY quantity of cocaine, meth, heroin, and fentanyl is a felony, so be careful out there!

I've got an investment property with an extra unit available and I've been thinking about what I can do with it. I'm new to the real estate game, so I don't really want to trade services for rent or anything, at least not explicitly. But I'm thinking maybe a girl who does some incalls or something could use the spot for a fee. Idk. Wondering if anyone has any experience, either real or anecdotal, please feel to share. I'm open to PM if necessary.

He was charged with a Federal crime through HUD. If you let the lady just use it and only charge a small amount, you could be charged with promoting prostitution.
I'm not a lawyer, so take my advice for what it's worth, which is about nothing.

He was doing things on a different scale and without regard for sure. All those bs buildings littered in sedamsville? He owned them. The thing that got him caught up was he had unlivable conditions and was still getting favors, so much that the tenants he wasn't getting favors from they were complaining all the time and that was the only way to get him to do something. His tenants, the neighborhood, adn the city had it out for the guy. Regardless, appreciate it. Not a cd tv.
Better to set it up as a day rental place for mongers.
