I've often seen them refold my used towel and put it on the rack.

A wise old longer once told me that he brought his own towel. I may start doing that myself.

Every monger pays a house fee and some level of tip averaging at least 100. To wash and dry a load of towels could not be more than 1. Sheer laziness? Different mindset? Cultural mores?
