The provider must have an open sore in her mouth and have and STI, like Herpes I, Gonorrhea of the throat. Etc. If she has HIV then she must have an open sore or cut, or bleeding / gum disease in her mouth for there to be any chances of the spit containing the virus and the amount of blood in spit also counts. There hasn't been any known reports of contracting HIV through saliva. However, HJ are tricky too, since there is skin to skin contact between the parties. If the provider touches her genitals and she has an STI then grabs ya, then there's a higher chance of catching something or if she has an open sore (rash, cut and bleeding, blah blah blah) on her hand.
